ATOMIC AURA TO RELEASE SONGS

Songwriter-guitar player Eddie Black and drummer David Espinel, have been busy working on the “Atomic Aura” upcoming demo. “The music is sounding good,” says Espinel “I believe in Eddie’s song writing skills, the music is pop/rock and catchy. I am sure people will really enjoy the songs we have created.”


“Atomic Aura”, was originally formed in March of 2008. On April 12th, 2008 the band passed an audition to enter a $100,000 Star Search Contest hosted by a local Calgary radio station Vibe 98.5.


“Atomic Aura” moved forward in the contest in May of 2008 and performed at one of Calgary’s largest clubs “Cowboys”. The band made the semi-finals in the contest and received outstanding reviews and positive feedback from all the judges in attendance, including a representative from Universal Music.


The demo is to be released in the spring of 2009 and a tour will be announced shortly after the release of the demo.


According to the “Atomic Aura” official myspace and facebook fan page, as of February 2009, there have been some changes in the bands line up including a new lead-vocalist by the name of Jeremy Mielke and bassist Will Vincent.


“Atomic Aura” is an optimistic group with passion and dedication to music. The pop melodies with rock/alternative guitar sounds are catchy and entertaining.
